Yatra Day Schedule:

DAY 01: DEHRADUN (ARRIVAL)

Pick up from Dehradun airport, relaxation and refreshment in the Hotel, followed by the welcome dinner and detailed briefing of Chardham Yatra by our representative. Overnight stay at the Hotel in Dehradun.

PROGRAM SUMMARY:
Arrival, relaxation and refreshment at the hotel.

DAY 02: VISIT YAMUNOTRI (YAMUNOTRI DARSHAN)
The sacred chardham yatra begins in the morning from Sahastradhara helipad by flying to Kharsali helipad (Yamunotri Temple). Distance from Kharsali helipad to the temple is a 6 kilometers stretch which will be covered by pony/palanquin(palki). After darshan, come back to Kharsali for sightseeing and an overnight stay.

PROGRAM SUMMARY:
Flying from Dehradun to Kharsali Helipad. Kharsali Helipad to Yamunotri temple is 6 km trek (eachside) by riding on a pony/palanquin(palki).
Meals: Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner.

DAY 03: VISIT GANGOTRI
After breakfast, the Group will be flying from Kharsali Helipad to Harsil helipad. From Harsil, drive to Gangotri temple. The distance is around 22 Kilometers. We have taken care to arrange a VIP darshan for all our clients. Harsil is a beautiful valley of dense forest and green mountains. On the way, there are many stunning spots where you can enjoy the beauty of the nature and click photos to make your journey memorable. You will be blessed by the evening Aarti darshan at Gangotri. Dinner and Overnight stay at Dharali / Harsil.

PROGRAM SUMMARY:
Flying from Kharsali Helipad to Harsil Helipad, Harsil to Gangotri temple by car. Dinner and Overnight stay at Dharali / Harsil.
Meals: Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner.

DAY 04: VISIT KEDARNATH
Kedarnath is flanked by breathtaking snow-capped peaks, making it the most remote site among all four Char Dham sites. Early morning take-off from Harsil to Sersi / Guptakashi / Phata Helipad. On arrival at Sersi again fly to Kedarnath from the same helipad. The temple is located at a distance of approx 500mtrs from helipad. VIP darshan at Kedarnath Temple. After darshan fly back to Sersi Helipad, you will be driven to Guptakashi. Stay overnight at the hotel in Guptakashi.

PROGRAM SUMMARY:
Harsil Helipad to Sersi Helipad Sersi to Kedarnath Kedarnath Darshan In Afternoon coming back to Guptkashi for an Overnight stay.
Meals: Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner.

DAY 05: VISIT BADRINATH
The group is headed towards the Helipad at Sersi Helipad. From the Helipad we proceed to Badrinath. On arrival at Badrinath Helipad, The group will be Check-In to the hotel. After Lunch, we will be going to Mana village, the border of India with China for sightseeing the evening, Passengers can attend swarna Aarti at Badrinath temple & then dinner and overnight stay at Badrinath.

PROGRAM SUMMARY:
Going to Sersi Helipad from Sersi Helipad to Badrinath Helipad, Afternoon sightseeing at Mana village Evening swarna Aarti.
Meals: Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner.

DAY 06: DEPARTURE
The special Maha Abhishek Pooja is the highlighted of this entire yatra. It starts at 0400AM sharp in the morning and last for 2 hours. We have arranged an opportunity for all our guests to sit inside the temple and cherish of the Shringar Darshan of the deity from close quarters. Soon after the breakfast, while we are heading back to Dehradun, see the beautiful over view of the Region, especially the view of the confluences, which is an eye-candy for nature lovers. We will fly between the beautiful valleys of thick forest and over five confluences like Vishnu Prayag, Nanda Prayag, Karna Prayag, Rudra Prayag and Dev Prayag. We will come back and drop to helipad.
Meals: Breakfast and Lunch en route.

ATTRACTIONS:
• VIP Pooja and Special VIP Darshan at all the four Dham.

EXCLUDES:
• Domestic airfares, passports, visa, travel insurance including medical evacuation
• Items not mentioned in itinerary.
• Anything not mentioned in the inclusions
• Items of personal nature, laundry etc.

• Each person is allowed to carry only one single bag with a maximum 5 kg weight in the helicopter.
• Children above the age of 2 years will be considered a full ticket.
• There is no provision of a concession ticket to children or senior citizens.
• The full amount has to be deposited within 30 days ahead of the journey.
• In case the Char Dham yatra is delayed due to bad weather or any other unforeseen reasons, the journey
will be conducted on the next available date or the utilized part of the journey (Rs.20,000/- Dham for
each customer) will be refunded.
• In case of rescheduling the journey from the customer’s side, the booking will be treated as canceled
and a fresh booking is required which is subject to availability of seats.
• Cancellation can be done at least 15 days before the date of the journey. If the booking is canceled before
20 days 50% of the amount will be refunded.
• If the booking is canceled before 15 days 25% of the amount will be refunded.
• All extras (food, beverages and any other services) ordered by the customer will be at their expense.
• Any meals, services not utilized, partly utilized are nonrefundable.
• The pilgrims have to stick to the itinerary.
• The company has the right to change the itinerary in the event of adverse weather condition or any
unforeseen circumstances which is beyond our control.
• The customer has to bear the proportionate tour cost in case of extended stay or traveling due to any
unforeseen reason.
• The company will not be responsible for any change in the itinerary due to natural calamity or
unforeseen reasons.
