1. Full refund will be initiated if you cancel the booking before 60 days of arrival.
2.50% of the advance payment will be refunded for cancellation between 30 and 59 days prior to arrival.
3.25% of the advance payment will be refunded for cancellation between 15 and 29 days prior to arrival.
4. No refund is available for cancellation within 14 days of the arrival.
5. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used by the client.
6. Refunds will be processed within one week after cancellation.
7. Flight tickets are non-refundable.
8. Palace on Wheels and other convenient trains are non-refundable.
9. Any refunds for helicopter tickets or other services booked through external portals will follow the respective company’s cancellation policy rules (e.g., Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine Board).
